From your first hello to clarity.

No surprises and no confusing medical process. This is the whole Aira journey, from a WhatsApp message to a report you actually understand, in six calm steps.

Every plan includes a simple-language report and a radiologist explanation; Aira Plus and Aira Complete add doctor and nutritionist consultations.

Six steps. Never on your own.

Someone guides you at every stage: a Life Coach before your visit, a partner centre team on the day, and a radiologist after it, joined by a doctor and nutritionist on Aira Plus and Complete.

  1. Step 1: Say hello to your Life Coach.

Message us on WhatsApp. An Aira Life Coach, not a call centre, asks about your goals and any concerns, then explains the screening in plain words.

    What happens

    • A conversation on WhatsApp, at your pace
    • Your goals and concerns come first
    • Answers first, booking only when you are ready

  2. Step 2: Choose the plan that fits.

Your Life Coach recommends Essential, Plus or Complete based on what matters to you, never a hard upsell. Every plan starts with the same whole-body screening.

  3. Step 3: One calm visit, brain to pelvis.

A comfortable, unhurried appointment at a curated partner imaging centre near you. Your Life Coach confirms the centre and time, and shares simple preparation guidance beforehand.

    What happens

    • Whole Body MRI, typically 45 to 60 minutes
    • MRI uses magnetic fields and radio waves, not ionizing radiation
    • Blood and heart assessments too, if your plan includes them

  4. Step 4: Your findings are interpreted.

Your scan doesn't stop at images. Radiologists review your findings and structure them into an understandable picture of your health.

    What happens

    • Your images are reviewed by experienced radiologists
    • Findings organised so what matters is easy to find
    • Context around each finding, not just labels

  5. Step 5: Your report, explained.

A simple-language Aira report of 20 or more pages, its length set by your findings. Then three people help you understand it, so you're never left reading medical language alone.
